Mr. Fumitake Shishido completed his contract as President and CEO of Saga Welco on 31st December 2023 after serving the position for 3 years.

The Board has appointed Mr. Trond Moe Hanssen in the position as an interim President & CEO of Saga Welco, effective from 1 January 2024.
Mr. Hanssen has worked for Saga Forest Carriers AS and Saga Welco AS in various positions since 2000, last serving as SVP Finance & Accounting.
A process has been started to find a permanent replacement for the position of President & CEO.
